Nicole Swanson, BS, RN’s diverse background in healthcare leadership, direct patient care, and team development brings unique strengths to Pathfinder. With an Associate Degree in Nursing from Rasmussen University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Communications and Psychology from the University of North Dakota, she brings both clinical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Nicole’s experience spans acute care as a Float Pool RN at Regions Hospital, leadership as Clinical Director at Ecumen Abiitan Mill City, and foundational hands-on care as a CNA. Nicole’s experience in both acute care and long-term nursing provides her with a strong understanding of the intricacies and challenges within the span of the healthcare system.
