
Marlene Panek has served as Administrator and Business Operations Manager at Pathfinder since 2004, bringing over two decades of dedicated experience in senior care and support services. As the first point of contact for many clients, she manages intake coordination, business operations, and marketing efforts with professionalism and care.
Marlene’s career has focused on serving older adults and their families through roles in care management, as well as in assisted living, memory care, and independent senior housing facilities throughout the Twin Cities. Her deep understanding of the senior care landscape allows her to guide clients with clarity and compassion.
She has held leadership and membership roles in several respected organizations, including the Minneapolis Area Senior Workers Association (past board member), Social Workers in Marketing, and the Minnesota Association of Guardianship & Conservatorship. She is also an Administrative Partner member of the Aging Life Care Association. Marlene holds certification from the Assisted Living Federation of America and a degree in Marketing, Sales, and Management.
