Ashley Rosival, RN, CCM, brings a wealth of experience to Pathfinder through her diverse background in health care. Her passion for supporting seniors and their families began early in life while spending time alongside her mother, a nurse at a local board-and-care home. In high school, Ashley became a Certified Nursing Assistant and later took on a key role in caring for her grandmother with dementia—an experience that deeply shaped her commitment to geriatric care.

Professionally, Ashley has served in multiple leadership roles across long-term care, Medicare home care, and memory care, most recently as Director of Health Services at an assisted living community. Her career also includes work with a nationally recognized health insurance organization, where she developed clinical programs for Medicare enrollees, led a team of nurse case managers, and partnered with local non-profit social service agencies. This combination of hands-on, clinical, and administrative expertise gives her a well-rounded perspective on medical policy and the complexities of today’s health care system.

Ashley is a Registered Nurse, an accredited Certified Case Manager (CCM) through the Commission for Case Management Certification and a proud member of the Minnesota Gerontological Society. She also holds the highest-level designation as an Advanced Professional Member of the Aging Life Care Association® (ALCA).
