Marlene Panek will likely be the first voice you hear when you contact Pathfinder. Since 2004, she has served in the role of Administrator and Operations Manager. She has a myriad of responsibilities including taking intake calls, office management and marketing. Marlene Panek has been serving seniors and their adult children for over 20 years working in care management services and assisted, memory care focused and independent senior housing communities throughout the Twin Cities. She is a past board member of the Minneapolis Area Senior Workers Association, past member of Social Workers In Marketing, and the MN Association of Guardianship & Conservatorship and is an Administrative Partner member of the Aging Life Care Association. She is certified through the Assisted Living Federation of America and holds a degree in Marketing, Sales and Management.
